GramercyWest & ConceptFoundry

Gramercy West is a fully-funded extension of Gramercy District opening in late 2018. This development will include 25,000 SF of office space, 12,000 SF of retail, 100 luxury apartments, an 1100 space garage, an auto service center, and Concept Foundry - an immersive learning, accelerator, co-working model poised to create the ultimate environment for innovation.


This development consists of 8,000 SF of amenities, including open spaces and state-of-the-art fitness facilities, 20,000 SF of ground-floor retail, and Neon Lofts–a 275-unit luxury residential apartment complex. Xenon One will be a 19-floor trophy office building located in a mixed-use, walkable innovation district strategically situated at the terminus of the Silver Line Ashburn Metro Station.
